Suppose you are a Hacker Hero Community member. In that case, we may list your username and real name on the Hacker Hero Groups, Courses, and Community sections if you decide to participate in them and opt for your information to be shared to connect and be involved with Hacker Hero activities.
In certain instances, Hacker Hero may disclose the information collected/gathered about you to government officials or otherwise as required by applicable law. No personal data will be disclosed to any law enforcement agency or governmental agency except in response to:
A subpoena, warrant, or other process issued by a court of competent jurisdiction.
A legal process having the same consequence as a court-issued request for information, in that if Hacker Hero were to refuse to provide such information, it would be in breach of local law, and its team, executives, or employees would be subject to liability for failing to do such legal process, or such disclosure is necessary for Hacker Hero to enforce its legal rights under the jurisdiction laws from which such information was gathered.
You can access or delete your data. You have many choices about how your data is collected, used, and shared.

Delete Data: You can ask our team to erase or delete all or some of your data (e.g., if it is no longer necessary to provide Services to you).

We retain your data even after you have closed your account if reasonably necessary to comply with our legal obligations (including law enforcement requests), meet regulatory requirements, resolve disputes, maintain security, prevent fraud and abuse (e.g., if we have restricted your account for breach of our Terms and Conditions, enforce our User Agreement, or fulfill your request to "unsubscribe" from further messages from us. We will retain de-personalized information after your account has been closed.
Information you have shared with others (e.g., through InMail, updates, or group posts) will remain visible after you close your account or delete the information from your profile or mailbox. We do not control data that other Members have copied out of our Services. Groups’ content and ratings or review content associated with closed accounts will show an unknown user as the source. Your profile may continue to be displayed in the services of others (e.g., search engine results) until they refresh their cache.
These Services do not address anyone under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13. If we discover that a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, we immediately delete this from our servers. If you are a parent or guardian and you are aware that your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us so that we will be able to take the necessary actions.
